基于CosmosMotion的双针头标签胶钉机主传动机构的运动仿真分析
Mechanism Movement Simulation and Analysis of Staple Tack Machine
分析了双针头标签胶钉机主要传动机构的动作原理及设计思想,利用CosmosMotion中的虚拟样机仿真技术对其传动机构中的正弦机构、齿轮齿条机构进行了系统的仿真分析计算,得到了各运动构件运动特性曲线。通过虚拟样机仿真分析,说明其设计合理,能很好地完成动作。
his paper analyzes the action principle and design idea of the main transfer mechanism of Staple Tack Machine. By using virtual prototype simulation technology in CosmosMotion, the scotch yoke mechanism and rack pinion mechanism are simulated. The characteristic curves of all movement components are gained. The simulation results show that the main transfer mechanism is designed reasonably and can carry out automatic action successfully
