跨江、跨海大桥大体积混凝土桥塔的施工水化热过程会受到复杂风环境的影响,而这种影响在既有分析方法中往往被忽略。本文首先提出风环境下混凝土水化热的理论计算方法,进而基于实际背景工程将风环境作为重要的外部条件对大体积混凝土桥塔的施工水化热进行数值模拟,并利用现场实际监测数据进行模拟准确性验证。同时利用该数值模型,分别针对风特征参数(风速、风向)以及结构参数(节段尺寸、截面形式)进行参数分析,以得到不同风环境对桥塔浇注过程的热效应以及相应结构力学状态的影响。研究成果可以为我国处于复杂风环境中的跨江、跨海桥梁的桥塔施工方法提供理论指导与依据,以确保良好的施工质量。

uring the pylon construction of bridges crossing the river or sea, the hydration heat of massive concrete could be influenced by the complicated wind environments. However this influence is usually ignored in the existing study for such hydration heat. In this paper, the theoretical calculation method of hydration heat of concrete in wind environment is firstly proposed. Then a simulation of building process of massive pylon with the consideration of wind is established based on a practical engineering project. The accuracy of the proposed simulation is further verified by the monitoring data from the pre-installed sensors. Using the proposed simulation, a parametric study on the wind characters (velocity and direction) and structure measurements (segment measurements and cross-section) is conducted to investigate the influence of wind environments on the thermal and mechanical performance of bridge pylon during its construction. The results can be regarded as the theoretical guide and foundation to assure a good quality for the pylon construction of bridges crossing the river or sea in wind environments.
