利用分位数法分析西北太平洋柔鱼生长
Growth of neon flying squid by using of quartile regression in the northwest Pacific Ocean
生长是渔业生物学研究主要内容之一。本文根据2007年7-10月西北太平洋海域采集的柔鱼数据,尝试利用分位数法对柔鱼生长进行研究。研究认为:分位数τ=(0.05, 0.1, 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 0.9, 0.95)下,雌性在时间上的分位数回归系数为0.0103,0.0126,0.0297,0.0566,0.1087,0.1117,0.121;雄性为0.0180,0.0223,0.0334,0.0630,0.080,0.0790,0.0865。从胴长随时间的分布中,下分位数对应的回归系数受到补充群体的影响较大,其生长率的数值较小;上分位数中95%分位数回归系数比较适合,雌性为1.21mm/d,雄性为0.8mm/d,可作为柔鱼的生长率。研究认为,利用分位数法来估算柔鱼的生长率是可行的。
Growth is one of main content in fisheries biology. According to the sampling squid, Ommastrephes bartramii, from July to October in 2007 in the northwest Pacific Ocean, use the quantile method is used to study the growth of squid. The results suggested that when Quantile τ = (0.05, 0.1, 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 0.9, 0.95), the quantile regression coefficients with time for the female is equal to 0.0103,0.0126,0.0297,0.0566,0.1087,0.1117 and 0.121, for the male is 0.0180, 0.0223, 0.0334, 0.0630, 0.080, 0.0790 and 0.0865. From the distribution of mantle length with time, the lower quantile regression coefficients is greatly affected by the size of recuitment, and the growth rate is less. The 95% percentile of upper quantile regression coefficient is more appropriate compared with the lower quantile, 1.21mm/d for females and 0.8mm/d for the male, which may be used as the growth rates of squid. It is concluded that the quantile method can be feasibly used to estimate the growth rate of Ommastrephes bartramii in the northwest Pacific Ocean.
