β-葡萄糖苷酶属于水解酶类,在植物的生命活动中起着重要作用。利用实时荧光定量PCR技术研究了47个β-葡萄糖苷酶基因在拟南芥不同组织中的表达特性,用热力学图的方法对结果进行了分析。结果表明47个基因在各个器官中均有表达,但表达量不同,推测这些基因在植物的不同组织中可能发挥着重要作用,研究的结果有助于进一步研究β-葡萄糖苷酶基因在植物中的作用做铺垫。

Beta-glucosidases(BGLU) belong to Glycoside Hydrolase(GH),which are believed to play important roles in many diverse processses in plants.The quantitative real-time RT-PCR was used to determine the tissue expression patterns of forty-seven β-glucosidase genes,analyzing the results with the heat map.The results showed that above forty-seven genes were expressed ubiquitously in various organs and tissues,but the expression levels were different. These results suggest that these genes maybe play important roles in the different tissues in plants,which help to further study the function of β-glucosidase genes.
