本文将MMT添加到明胶/PEG纺丝液中,制备得到明胶/PEG-MMT复合纺丝液,并对复合纺丝液在不同温度和不同MMT含量时的流变性进行了研究。结果表明,复合纺丝液均呈胀塑性流体的流变行为;随着温度的升高,粘度不断减小,而随着MMT添加量的增加则先增大后减小。这是因为少量的MMT分散在纺丝液中,在明胶/PEG分子之间起到交联作用,使溶液的粘度增大;而过量的MMT则引起明胶分子聚集,导致粘度降低。

he gelatin/PEG composite spinning solutions with different amounts of MMT have been prepared, and their rheological behaviors have been investigated. The results indicate that the composite spinning solutions behave as bulging plastic fluid. The viscosity of the gelatin/PEG-MMT solution decreases with increasing temperature, and meanwhile, it increases first and then decreases with the increase of MMT content. This study shows that proper amount of MMT disperses well in gelatin/PEG solution and hence increases the viscosity of the solutions as a crosslinker between polymer chains. However, excess MMT may cause the aggregation of polymers. TEM observation further confirms the conclusion above.
