本文研究了环境因子对莱氏野村菌(Nomuraea rileyi)cq菌株的生长、产孢与孢子萌发的影响。温度对菌株的生长、产孢和孢子萌发有相同的效应,低温23℃是最适温度,32℃以上明显抑制该菌的生长、产孢和孢子萌发;最适宜生长、产孢和孢子萌发的pH范围为6.2~7.0; 24h光照有利于产孢,而24h黑暗有利于菌落生长;紫外线(40W,45cm)照射2min,96h该菌株孢子发芽率较对照降低16%,8min,96h孢子发芽率仅为7%。

he effects of environmental factors on growth,sporulation and germination of the entomopathogenic fungus, Nomuraea rileyi cq strain, isolated from Silkworm, were studied in the laboratotry. Temperature has the same effects on the growth , sporulation and germination of the cq strain. The optimum temperature is 23℃and 32℃or higher temperature could obviously inhibit the growth,sporulation and germination. The optimum pH for the growth ,sporulation and germination of the cq strain ranges from 6.2 to 7.0; The photoperiod of full light (24h) enhances sporulation and the full darkness(24h) benefits the growth of the colony. When lighted under the condition of UV(40w,45cm) for 2min ,the germination rate was reduced by 16% contrast to control after 96h; while lighted for 8min ,the germination rate was only 7% after 96min.
