再生丝素蛋白/P(LLA-CL)共混超细纤维膜的制备及性能研究
Preparation and Properties of Regenerated Silk Fibroin/ P(LLA-CL) Blend Ultra-fine Fibrous Membrane
通过静电纺丝法制备了再生丝素蛋白/P(LLA-CL)共混超细纤维膜。用场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)、傅立叶红外光谱分析仪(FT-IR)、热重分析仪(TGA)、多功能拉伸仪以及MTT法对共混纤维多孔膜的形貌、分子结构、热性能、力学性能及生物相容性进行测试。结果表明:共混超细纤维膜中随P(LLA-CL)的加入纤维直径变粗,均匀性变差;P(LLA-CL)的混入可以使SF的二级结构从无规向有序转变,且可以有效提高SF的热性能以及力学性能,但共混比为50/50时会出项相分离情况;而SF/ P(LLA-CL)共混膜对细胞的粘附和增殖都较为有利。
P(LLA-CL)/silk fibroin blend ultra-fine fibrous membrane was fabricated by electrospinning. The morphology, molecule structure, thermal performance, mechanical properties and biocompatibility of P(LLA-CL) /SF blend membrane were investigated by FE-SEM, FT-IR, TGA, Multi-Purpose Tensile Tester and MTT assay. The results show that the fiber diameters are increased and the uniformity tend to be worse with the increase of P(LLA-CL).The secondary structures are changed from random coil into ordered structure by blending P(LLA-CL).What's more, the thermal performance and mechanical properties could be improved by adding P(LLA-CL).However, the fibrous membrane of weight ratio of 50/50 is found phase separation. P(LLA-CL)/silk fibroin blend ultra-fine fibrous membrane is good for cell adhesion and proliferation.
