基于ISM分析法的电子市场逆向物流

he aim of this article is to analyze the interaction among the major elements, which promote the application of reverse logistics in electronic-product markets. A key task of this analysis is to diagnose those reasons of reverse logistics that could be crucial to the development of the organizations in the future. Exiting models have focused on different causes individually, independently .Thereof, we lack a holistic view in understanding the reasons that benefit the reverse logistics .This paper uses the Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) to obtain quantitatively the effects among the promote—reasons, so that we can identify some elements that need more attention .In the process of analyzing the reasons using this model a matrix and digraph are given. Finally, the implications for practice and future research are discussed.
