可压缩流场数值模拟中的MPI+OpenMP混合并行算法及性能研究
MPI+OpenMP Hybrid Parallel Algorithm Performance Reserch on Two-Dimensional Compressible Flow Field Simulation
在多核CPU集群并行环境下,针对二维可压缩流场的数值模拟程序,采用MPI+OPENMP并行计算方法进行优化。对优化后的程序进行测试,与仅使用MPI并行算法的时间进行比较,得出混合并行算法在一定情况下具有优势的结果,并对混合算法在流场数值模拟中的应用展开具体的研究,通过具体数据说明混合算法在何种条件下具有优势。
In the multi-core CPU cluster parallel environment,use MPI+OpenMP hybrid parallel algorithm to optimize the numerical simulation program of two-dimession compressible flow field.Test the program which has been optimized, and compared to the program which has been optimized only by the MPI algorithm,get the conclusion that the MPI+OpenMP hybrid algorithm will have advantages in some conditions,and do some specific research on the application of hybrid algorithm used in the flow field simulation,illustrate in what conditions the MPI+OpenMP hybrid will have advantages.
