基于有限元模型的木结构规格材可靠度研究

本文采用的有限元法从单元选择和材料特性方面等方面模拟木材的性质。通过试验结果和有限元分析计算比较分析,相对误差基本控制在5%以内,说明基于ANSYS软件的有限元可靠性分析计算对弯曲变形的描述及规格材的受力情况分析是有效的;计算尺寸为750mm*40mm*40mm的木结构结构材可靠度。在实际结构设计、构件尺寸设计时,可以在测试一定数量样本的试件后,将样本的平均弹性常数输入模型中,输入相应载荷,即可得到相应的变形趋势和应力分布情况,为设计提供参考。
he finite element method was used to simulate the unit selection and material properties of the wood properties. Through the comparative analysis of test results and the finite element analysis, relative error less than 5%. The calculation of the bending deformation and specification material stress analysis is effective based on the finite element reliability analysis of ANSYS software; the structural reliabilities of 750mm *40MM * 40MM wood structures were calculated. In the practical structural design and component size design, the corresponding trend of the deformation and stress distribution can be taken in a certain number of samples of the test specimen, by inputing the sample average of the elastic constants and corresponding to load, , that can provide the reference for the design.
