某集装箱码头真空联合堆载预压软基处理研究

Study on Treating Soft Soil Ground by Vacuum-surcharge Preloading In a Port Container Terminal

针对某集装箱码头的特殊地质条件及软土特性,分析了真空联合堆载预压软基处理方法的测得的表面沉降、孔隙水压力、深层水平位移等数据成果,并与以往工程中测得的孔隙水压力进行了对照,分析了孔隙水压力存在差异的原因;研究了渗透性对固结度的影响,得到了固结系数与压力之间的关系,并对这一关系进行了初步的探讨。从测得数据成果看,本工程采用真空联合堆载预压的方法进行地基加固是行之有效的;同时由于本工程产生的沉降量较大(部分超过1000mm),同时后期变形量依旧>1mm/d,说明土体的流变性在本工程中表现较为突出,应对后期沉降进行长期的后续测量。

Base on the special geological condition and soft soil characteristics in a Container Terminal, analyzed the measured date of surface settlement, pore water pressure, deep horizontal displacement from reinforcement area of Vacuum-surcharge Preloading ;compared with the date of pore water pressure measured of Previous works and analyze the reasons of pore water pressure in different; studied the permeability of the impact of degree of consolidation, identify the relationship between the consolidation coefficient and pressure and conducted a preliminary study of this relations. Measured data show that Vacuum-surcharge Preloading is an effective method of foundation strengthening. This project generated a large amount of settlement (part of more than 1000mm), while the latter deformation> 1mm / d, show that the rheological properties of soil in the project performance is more prominent, and necessary for long-term settlement of the latter measurements.
