目的:探讨松针总黄酮对饮食诱导肥胖大鼠横纹肌自由基代谢的影响。方法:以高糖高脂饮食诱导大鼠造成肥胖氧化应激状态,松针总黄酮灌胃给药,取心肌和骨骼肌匀浆,测定抗氧化酶系活性及MDA含量,评价松针总黄酮抗氧化保护肌肉运动能力的作用。结果:松针总黄酮能提高心肌骨骼肌抗氧化酶活性,降低MDA含量。结论:松针总黄酮可显著改善肥胖大鼠的氧化应激状态,保护心肌和骨骼肌,为运动减肥辅助药物研究提供理论基础。

Objective: To investigate the pine needle total flavone on diet induced obese rat striated muscle free radical metabolism of rats. Methods: high-sugar and high-fat diet induced obese rats caused by oxidative stress, pine needle total flavone intragastric administration, myocardial and skeletal muscle homogenates, determination of the antioxidant enzyme activity and the content of MDA, evaluation of pine needle total flavone antioxidant protection of muscle action. Results: the total flavone of pine needles can improve myocardial oxidative enzymes in skeletal muscle activity, reduce the content of MDA. Conclusion: pine needle total flavone can significantly improve the obese rats oxidative stress status, protection of cardiac muscle and skeletal muscle of exercise to lose weight, as adjuvant drug research provides theoretical foundation.
