基于正交试验的锅炉效率主影响因素分析

本文针对某电厂的燃烧优化调整试验,通过神经网络训练试验数据得到炉膛燃烧的结构模型,在此基础上应用正交试验方法分析了影响锅炉效率的主要因素。文中详细阐述了确定试验因素、确定因素水平以及选择正交表等设计方法,并对正交试验结果应用了直观分析和方差分析方法进行数值计算,提出了锅炉在满负荷下的运行方式。最后对在燃烧调整试验中未进行试验因素组合的锅炉效率分别用正交试验和神经网络作了预测,将其结果进行比对显示正交表预测的锅炉效率趋势合理。
his paper provides a method to analyze the main affected factors of the boiler efficiency based on the OED(Orthogonal experimental design). It aims at the optimal adjustment of the plant combustion testing and gets the combustion model through testing the data by neural network training. In this paper, it describes the important steps such as: the choice of the factors, levels and the orthogonal table. It also provides the boiler optimal operation mode by analyzing the result of the OED with the intuitive analysis and the analysis of variance. Finally, it shows that the trend of boiler efficiency change is reasonable by predicting other experiment results with OED and NN.
