以弱碱性聚电解质制备智能膜及其刺激响应性能研究

水相自由基悬浮聚合方法合成了聚丙烯腈和甲基丙烯酸二甲胺基乙酯(poly(acrylonitrile and 2-dimethylamino ethyl methacrylate),简写为 PAN-DMAEMA)共聚物。以PAN-DMAEMA为膜材料,相转化法制备了非对称结构的分离膜。研究发现:弱碱性聚电解质PDMAEMA富集在膜的表面;PAN-DMAEMA膜具有刺激-响应性能,提高溶液的pH值和离子强度显著增加膜的水通量。

weak basic polyelectrolyte composed poly(acrylonitrile and 2-dimethylamino ethyl methacrylate) (PAN-DMAEMA) copolymer was synthesized through radical polymerization in water phase. The separation membranes based the synthesized PAN-DMAEMA copolymer were prepared by phase inversion method. It was found that the enhancement of poly(DMAEMA) on the surface of membranes. PAN-DMAEMA membranes have stimuli-responsive property, whose water flows were remarkably increased at higher pH value and ionic strength in aqueous solution.
