目的 研究寻常性银屑病患者表皮DNA甲基化转移酶 (DNMT1)和甲基CpG结合蛋白(MeCP2)的mRNA表达。方法 应用RealTime-PCR技术检测46例寻常性银屑病患者皮损和非皮损表皮中的DNMT1和MeCP2mRNA的表达,与28例正常人表皮对照。结果 银屑病患者皮损和正常人对照皮肤表皮中,DNMT1 mRNA表达分别是0.0006±0.00056和0.0054±0.00287,皮损组明显低于正常对照组(P﹤0.01);MeCP2 mRNA表达分别是0.0033±0.0018和0.0008±0.00088,皮损组明显高于正常对照组(P﹤0.01)。结论 寻常性银屑病患者表皮DNMT1和MeCP2 mRNA异常表达,可能在该病的发病机制中起作用。

Objective To investigate the mRNA expression of DNA Methyltransferase1 (DNMT1) and methyl-CpG Binding Protein2 (MeCP2) in epidermis from patients with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods RealTime-PCR was applied to analyze the expression of DNMT1 and MeCP2 mRNA in epidermis from 46 psoriatic patients and 28 healthy persons as the control group. Results The mean value of DNMT1 mRNA expression levels in psoriatic lesions was significantly lower than that in controls (P﹤0.01). Expression levels of MeCP2 mRNA in psoriatic lesions was significantly higher than in controls(P﹤0.01). Conclusions DNMT1 and MeCP2 mRNA express abnormally in psoriatic epidermis, which may play a role in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.
