龙眼果肉多糖对巨噬细胞活化作用的研究
Effect of the Polysaccharide from Longan Pulp on Activation of Macrophages
研究了龙眼果肉多糖(LP3)对巨噬细胞活化的作用。结果显示,LP3在一定浓度范围内具有促进巨噬细胞增殖和增强其吞噬能力的作用,在400μg/mL时,巨噬细胞的增殖分数和吞噬分数分别为135.90%和192.03%;LP3具有剂量依赖性的增加巨噬细胞NO、TNF-α和IL-6分泌的作用,在200 μg/mL时,细胞NO的分泌值为对照组的5.4倍;在400 μg/mL时,细胞TNF-α和IL-6的分泌量为296.20 pg/mL和73.69 pg/mL,分别为对照组的17.67倍和18.42倍。综合以上结果表明,LP3具有激活巨噬细,调节其功能的作用。
In this paper effect of the polysaccharide(LP3) purified from longan pulp on macrophages were investigated. The results showed that LP3 could facilitated the proliferation and enhance the phagocytosis of macrophage in a certain concentration range. The proliferation and phagocytosis of macrophages exposed to 400 μg/mL LP3 were135.90% and 192.03%, repectively. LP3could improve the secretion of NO, TNF-α and IL-6 in a dose dependent manner. The NO secretion secreted by macrophages stimulated by 200 μg/mL LP3 was 5.4 times than that of the control group. The TNF-α and IL-6 production of macrophages exposed to 400 μg/mL LP3 were 296.20 pg/mL and 73.69 pg/mL, which were 17.67times and 18.42 times than that of the blank group, respectively. All these results demonstrated that LP3 could activated the macrophages and regulate its functions.
