文章通过对伟业煤矿U型钢支架型钢连接处的几种破坏形式进行分析,得出型钢滑动摩擦阻力小、连接处抗弯能力差、卡缆强度低是造成型钢连接处破坏的重要原因;然后,针对这些原因对现有卡缆结构、材质、加工工艺及安装方法进行了改进;并且,通过现场试验取得了良好效果。
In this paper,it through carries on the analysis to the cause of WeiYe coal mine U-stell support attachment damage,point out that which result to attachment damage are less friction resistance of sliding ,less capacity to resist bending and low intension. Then,keep point to these reasons,the structure,materl,crafwork and equipment of staple are improved. At last,the best effect is found on the research.
