基于熵权-FAHP的LTE业务体验质量评估方法
Quality of Experience Assessment Method Based on Entropy-FAHP in LTE Video Live Service
随着移动宽带互联网时代的到来,各运营商之间的市场竞争越来越大,为了提高用户的忠诚度,建立一个用户体验质量(QoE)体系是当前各运营商需要解决的重要问题。将QoE的理论模型与工程实践性的指标体系有机结合起来,使QoE能够真正纳入到网络运维和网络优化中来,实现以用户为中心、业务多元化、网络运行质量的有机统一体。本文结合视频直播业务的特点,提出了衡量QoE的关键质量指标(KQI)和关键性能指(KPI),构成了多层次评价模型。同时,还给出了应用熵权-模糊数层次分析法(EFAHP)对评价模型进行分析和计算的步骤。最后,以LTE视频直播业务为例,说明了该方法的应用过程。
With the coming of the age of mobile wideband internet, all operators are increasingly facing fierce market competition. In order to improve the loyalty of users, it is the chief problem to establish a system of quality of user experience for all operators. Combining QoE theoretical model with engineering practicality that is to make QoE incorporated into network operation and optimization, and complete organic unity of integrating user-centric, diversified service and network quality. This paper, based on the character of live video service, raised the key quality indicators and key performance indicators which can weigh the grade of QoE, finally established multi- hierarchy evaluation model. Meanwhile, analysis and computing steps are given to exert entropy and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process method on evaluation model. Finally, given an example of live video service in LTE, illustrated the application processing in detail.
