草型湖泊湿地水位特征变化对其生态功能价值的影响
Influence of changes in water level on the values of ecological service function in Baiyangdian Lake
以典型草型湖泊白洋淀作为研究区,在现场调研基础上,结合资源经济学和生态经济学的理论与方法,选择干淀危机之前、干淀时期、对白洋淀进行生态补水之后三个典型时期,采用市场价值法、旅行费用法、碳税法、替代费用法等方法对其生态服务功能进行了价值评估,并分析了不同典型水文条件对白洋淀湿地的生态功能价值的影响。结果表明,三个时期白洋淀生态系统的生态服务功能分别为85897.5万元,70563.1万元和96202万元,其生态功能价值随水位特征的变化比较明显,在各生态功能价值中,尤其以物质生产价值和水资源价值差距为最大。进一步体现了生态水利调度的实施对于白洋淀生态系统的恢复及其生态功能价值的提升具有重要作用。
In this paper, the values of ecological service function of Baiyangdian Lake in three different years (in 1999, 2002 and 2005) has been evaluated by using the market value method, travel cost method, reflection engineering method and Carbon tax method. The influence of changes in water level in the different years on the values of ecological service function has been discussed. The results have shown that the value of the Baiyangdian Lake is 85897.5×104Yuan,70563.1×104Yuan和96202×104Yuan in the three different years, respectively, and the effect of water level on the values is obvious. The values of substance produces and water resources fluctuate greatly.
