his article extends majority inclusion relation to generalized real majority inclusion relation and defines the variable-precision generalized real domain rough variable. Then, rough DEA model can be extended to be complicated uncertain DEA models such as generalized real variable-precision rough DEA model.We can analys the regional economic development evaluation about "Pan-Pearl River Delta" when the input(output) variable is common variables and prediction it when the predictive value is variable-precision generalized real domain rough variable.
