板栗自交与异交后子房内源激素含量的变化规律

为探明板栗生殖发育期的内源激素变化规律,以迁西县主栽板栗品种'燕山早丰'为试材,定期采取人工自交与异交的子房,采用高效液相色谱法,对其授粉后5~50d子房主要内源激素含量进行了测定。结果表明:自交与异交子房内源激素IAA、GA3、ZR和ABA含量呈波动的变化趋势。板栗异交子房IAA+GA3+ZR/ABA比值略高于自交,而在授粉受精时,自花授粉子房ABA含量显著高于异花授粉。研究结果可为板栗授粉受精期喷施GA3和ZR植物生长调节剂,提高板栗产量提供参考依据。
In order to verify the endogenous hormone at reproductive development in chestnut, this paper using chestnut cultivar 'Yanshanzaofeng' as material from Qianxi county, regularly taking the ovaries after self- and -corss pollination. The changes of endogenous hormone in the ovary 0~50 day after pollination were determined by the HPLC. The results were showed that the ovary of selfing and outcrossing IAA, GA3, ZR and ABA endogenous hormones contents showed fluctuation trends. Outcrossing ovary IAA+GA3+ZR/ABA in chestnut were higher than selfing, while pollination and fertilization, the content of ovary ABA self-pollination was significantly higher than cross-pollination. The results could be sprayed GA3 and ZR at the pollination and fertilization stage, which provided basic information for improving chestnut production.
