ccording to the existing urban traffic congestion and pollution, land occupied by transfer efficiency and traffic problems, difficulties in sustainable development theory, with the guidance of taking German Berlin Heidelberg, Paris, France and Germany as examples, the environmental pollution prevention and the viewpoint of sustainable development, the implementation of European urban traffic planning are enumerated, and measures, European cities in the theory of sustainable development under the guidance of the transportation planning and implementation measures of common concern. In this paper, based on China\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s sustainable development of urban traffic planning situation and restriction factors, and put forward based on the analysis of maintaining sustainable development planning proposal.?????
