单件小批动态调整式生产作业计划制定方法研究

分析了机修行业单件小批制造企业生产作业计划的特点及其特殊性，提出其现有的单件小批生产模式下生产作业计划制定及执行中存在的主要问题。针对这些问题，文章提出了一种动态调整式生产作业计划的制定方法。本方法在对计划期内产品进行预排序基础上，进行一系列动态调整，最终得出计划期生产作业计划。
this paper analyses the character and particularity of planning the production task in single small serial enterprise, puts forward the main problem exists. And then , the paper brings forward a adjustable method of planning production task. The method is based on the beforehand taxis of the product in the planning period, and adjusts the capacity and the load of the equipments which bring the production task planning finally.
