一株藻际细菌Cyclobacterium xiamenense 的分离鉴定
Isolation of a novel bacteria from the phycosphere of alga
目的:在试图调查细菌和藻之间的关系中,我们已从藻际中分离出很多菌株,并进行了鉴定。本研究着重对一株细菌KD51进行了鉴定。16S rRNA基因序列显示,菌株KD51来自Cyclobacterium属,与Cyclobacterium lianum HY9T的亲缘关系最近。KD51与属内其他几种的相似性在92-95.2%间。DNA的G+ C含量为41.7mol%,主要的呼吸醌甲萘醌-7(MK-7)。 主要的极性脂质是双磷脂,磷脂酰乙醇胺,磷脂酰甘油,磷脂酰肌醇,氨基脂,不明极性脂质和不明磷脂。基于表型数据和系统发育分析,KD51T是一个新种。
In an attempt to investigate the relationship between bacteria and alga, many bacteria strains from the phycospher were isolated and characterized. This study involved one strain, designated strain KD51 which was isolated from the phycospher of alga Chlorella autotrophic. 16S rRNA gene sequence comparison showed that strain KD51T is a member of the genus Cyclobacterium, forming a distinct lineage with Cyclobacterium lianum HY9T. The 16S rRNA gene sequence similarity between strain KD51T and the type strains of Cyclobacterium species ranged from 93.6 % to 95.2%. The DNA G+C content was 41.7 mol% and the major respiratory quinone was menaquinone-7 (MK-7). The polar lipids consisted of diphosphatidylglycerol, phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylglycerol, phosphotidyl inositol, aminolipids, unidentified polar lipid and unidentified phospholipioides. On the basis of phenotypic data and phylogenetic inference, strain KD51T represents a novel species, for which the name Cyclobacterium xiamenense sp.nov. is proposed.
