MTO模式下受剩余寿命约束的刀具优化调度系统研究
Research on Tool Optimization Scheduling System Constrained by Remaining Life in MTO Mode
随着MTO模式逐渐成为市场主流生产形式,如何在快速多变的生产过程中合理分配刀具资源成为重要课题。本文在仔细分析了MTO模式下影响刀具寿命的因素下,建立了基于改进BP算法的刀具剩余寿命预测模型,将刀具剩余寿命预测结果作为影响刀具优化调度的因素,充分考虑刀具剩余寿命的约束,为实现降低生产成本的目的,建立了以按权优先选配、刀具最小换刀次数以及最小刀具剩余寿命方差为目标的刀具调度模型,并以此核心搭建了一套基于B/S架构的刀具智能管理系统,实现了刀具从采购到报废的一体化管理。
s the MTO model gradually becomes the mainstream production form in the market, how to properly distribute tool resources in a fast and ever-changing production process has become an important issue. In this paper, after carefully analyzing the factors affecting tool life under MTO mode, the tool residual life prediction model based on improved BP algorithm is established. The tool residual life prediction result is taken as the factor affecting tool optimization scheduling, and the constraint of tool remaining life is fully considered. In order to reduce the production cost, a tool scheduling model with the aim of priority selection, tool minimum tool change and minimum tool remaining life variance was established, and a tool based on B/S architecture was built with this core. The intelligent management system realizes the integrated management of tools from procurement to scrapping.
