关于高校大学生就业与高校招生生源关系的研究

"大学生就业难"已经不再是一个新鲜话题,不仅影响一个学校的招生和生源质量,而且从长远看也直接关系到国家的经济发展,高校毕业生就业是一个亟待解决的问题。 针对我国现有的国情,本文综合考虑了高校毕业生的就业率和高校招生规模随时间的变化规律,建立了定量分析的微分方程模型,并用Simulik进行仿真,得出按现行扩招政策,短时间内学生数量将大幅增长,但是就业率仅仅很小增长,这样将导致更多的毕业生失去工作。随后本文建立了了离散正交曲线拟合模型,根据数据拟合得到生源数量与失业率之间的拟合多项式和拟合曲线,结果表示在能够预测到下一年的失业率的情况下,我们可以带入拟合多项式计算出合理招生数量,进而对高校招生工作进行指导。

he difficulty of undergraduates employment is no longer new to us since it is not only related to the quantity and the quality of student source, but also linked directly to a country's economic development in the long term, which makes it urgent to be solved. Considering Chinese current national conditions, this paper comprehensively researches on the changing rule between the employment rate of the graduates and the rectuits scale according to time, builds the quantitatively analysed differential equation model with Simulink emulation, and gets the conclusion that with the current expansion policy, the number of students will increase greatly in short term while the little increase of employment rate will lead to bigger unemployment. Later this paper buids the fitting models for discrete orthogonal curve and gets the fitting multinomial and fitting curve between the quantity of students and the unemployment rate. The results show that on the basis of the indication of the next year's unemployment rate, we can work out the reasonable recruits number by using the fitting multinomial, therefore giving a guide to the recruiting work for colleges and universities.
