疫情后中小型可变式住宅功能复合化策略研究

Under the "home isolation" epidemic prevention directive, the long-term closed life once again aroused people\'s urgent demand for healthy and livable housing and functional complex. Based on the variable housing theory, this paper studies the functional design strategy of small and medium-sized housing under the epidemic situation. From the dimensions of space and time, it summarizes the evolution trend of the complex and full cycle of residential plane functions. Through the investigation and analysis of functional problems of small and medium-sized houses during the epidemic period, and the case analysis of residential function implantation, the paper combs the functional combination methods of small and medium-sized houses -- combination, replacement and superposition, and obtains the design requirements and strategies of residential functional space in the post-epidemic era. Finally, the significance of composite functional design in the post-epidemic era of industrial housing is summarized.
