JBPM在呼叫中心工单处理中的应用
he Application of JBPM to Worksheet Process in Call Center
本文对开源工作流引擎JBPM（Java Business Process Management）进行了分析研究，并讨论了如何在应用中开发中使用JBPM一般过程。最后，本文对呼叫中心项目中的工单处理流程进行建模，并且结合JBPM和J2EE技术设计实现了呼叫中心项目中的工单处理功能，采用JBPM技术使得工单处理的效率得到了提高。
In this paper, it gives an analysis to the popular workflow engine JBPM. Then it presents the general tips of the integration between JBPM and other information applications. At last, this paper builds a model of the worksheet process in call center application and implements the model by using the J2EE and JBPM. The implementation makes the worksheet process more efficiency and convenient.
