本文在对LDAP（lightweight directory access protocol , 轻量级目录访问协议）的介绍的基础上，主要研究了在企业基础管理平台上实现用户统一身份认证的方法及实施的解决方案，从而实现对内部应用平台整合，统一资源管理和访问控制，使得用户管理更为高效和安全。
his paper introduces the base theory of LDAP, then provides the way and solution to solve how to realize united users identify authentication in the platform of enterprise based on it .It realizes the conformity of interior application platform ,united management of resource and access control, so as to ensure more efficient and safer user management
