阳离子聚电解质和木素磺酸盐静电层层自组装及其对纤维表面的改性
Surface Modification of Cellulose Fibers via Layer-by-Layer Self-assembly of Cationic Polyelectrolyte and Lignosulfonates
基于静电层层自组装技术,在纤维表面构筑了阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)/木素磺酸盐(LS)多层膜。采用XPS考察了CPAM/LS多层膜的元素组成,利用zeta电位测定仪监测了纤维表面的Zeta电位变化情况,利用AFM分析了CPAM/LS多层膜的形貌特性,并考察了CPAM/LS多层膜对纤维表面润湿性和纤维手抄片强度性能的影响。
In this paper, the multilayers composed of CPAM and lignosulfonate (LS) were constructed on cellulose fiber surface via electrostatic layer-by-layer (LBL) self-assembly technique. The chemical components and zeta potential of CPAM/LS multilayers were investigated and analyzed by XPS and Zeta potential measurement, respectively. The morphologies of CPAM/LS multilayers were characterized by AFM. The effects of CPAM/LS multilayers on fibers surfaces wetting properties and handsheets strength properties were considered, respectively.
