本研究基于在亚热带滨海沙地湿地松(Pinus elliottii)人工林设置一年氮(N)磷(P)添加实验,通过测定湿地松不同器官N、P含量,试图阐明该区森林的养分限制问题。结果显示,(1)N、P添加影响了土壤可溶性有机N、全N、硝态N和有效P的含量;(2)+N处理显著提高了新叶、吸收根和先锋根的N含量;+P对器官P含量无显著影响(3)新叶、凋叶、老枝和细根N含量与土壤硝态N成显著正相关;新叶、枝干P含量与土壤有效P成显著负相关;(4)本研究区湿地松生长可能受N限制。

In order to explore the nutrient limitation status in subtropical sandy coastal plain area of South China, this 1-year field experiment of nitrogen and phosphorus addition investigated nitrogen (N) and phosphorus (P) concentrations of different tissues (leaf ,branch and root) of Pinus elliottii plantation in subtropical sandy coastal plain area of South China. The results showed that:1) N&P addition greatly affected N and P concentrations in soil; 2) +N treatment had significant effect on N concentrations of new leaf, litter, old branch and fine roots;+P treatment had no significant effect on any tissue; 3) N concentrations of new leaf, litter, old branch and fine roots which all had significantly positive correlations with soil NO3--N content ; P concentrations of new leaf and branch which both had significantly negative correlations with soil available phosphorus 4) Therefore,N availability may be the limiting factor in subtropical sandy coastal plain area.
