甲壳动物酚氧化酶原激活系统研究进展

酚氧化酶原激活系统是甲壳动物非特异性免疫的重要组成部分,本文对甲壳动物酚氧化酶原激活系统的基本组成、酚氧化酶原激活系统的调节因子、酚氧化酶与血蓝蛋白关系及其它一些与该系统相关的免疫因子等方面的研究进展进行了简单的综述。
rustaceans, which lack adaptive immune systems, have developed other systems of biological host defense, so called innate immunity. Prophenol-oxidase activated system(proPO-AS) is an important component of the innate immune system. It contains a proteinase cascade composed of pattern-recognition proteins (PRPs), proPO-activating enzyme (PPA), phenol-oxidase (PO), prophenol-oxidase (proPO) and so on. These proteins involved in the immune defence in crustaceans leading to melanin production, cell adhesion, encapsulation, and phagocytosis. ProPO-AS is efficient for non-self recognition and is very sensitive since it can be influenced by many intrinsic and extrinsic factors including temperature, detergents, calcium ion concentration, the activity of trypsin, and microbial components such as lipopolysaccharide (LPS), beta-glucan and peptidoglycans. This paper introduces proPO-AS basic components and regulators, a comparison of hemocyanins and PO and some associated immune factors to proPO-AS.
