永磁无刷直流电机的控制系统的设计

本文以永磁无刷直流电动机的数学模型为理论基础,研究了无刷直流电动机的基本组成、基本工作原理、运行特性等;结合Cygnal C805lF000单片机,提出了以电流环和速度环组成的双闭环全数字无刷直流电动机控制方案,在此方案中采用了数字PID控制。本文基于C805lF000单片机以及集成驱动器IR2130完成了无刷直流电动机控制系统的软硬件设计,系统集成度高、外围设计简单,系统成本低且能保持很高的控制精度和性能。

On the theory fundamental of mathematical model about BLDCM, the basic structure, the operation principle, running performance and transfer function were analyzed and cygnal C8051F000’s main characteristics are produced in the paper, then, a solution of control system of BLDCM using cygnal C8051F000 is presented. In this scenario, the digital PID control was adopted. based on MCU C8051F000 and fuzzy control IR2130 driver, this paper completed the software and hardware design.This control system has high system integration, simple periphery design and low system cost, which still kept high control precision and performance.
