呼叫中心系统中的sphinx语音识别

目前,呼叫中心服务已经渗透到了我国的各行各业,尤其是营销类呼叫中心发展更为迅速。我国呼叫中心产业己经进入发展的重要阶段。语音识别技术对生活的影响也是十分重大的,一些语音识别技术的相关产品也已经运用到了计算机网络等各行各业中。所以,如何把语音识别技术应用到呼叫中心上便成为当前的需要。本文先介绍了呼叫中心系统背景、结构及简要介绍各模块,并介绍Sphinx语音识别过程及相应各模块的作用,最后将Sphinx语音识别应用于呼叫中心系统上,并进行相应测试,识别效果相当不错,证明了可用性,相信在以后的应用前景将非常广阔。
Nowadays, call center service has been widely used in various industries, especially the marketing class call center.Call center industry is experiencing a significant moment. Speech recognition technology has signficant impact on daily life.Some related products have been applied to computer networks and so on. So how to integrate Speech recognition technology with call center is our need.First, This paper introduced the background of call center system, and briefly introduced the structure and each module of call center, and introduced the Sphinx speech recognition process and the corresponding module function, finally the Sphinx speech recognition is applied to the call center system, and then test this system, the effect of recognition is quite good, proved the availability and believed that the application of recognition in call center in the future will have broad prospects.
