为了研究不同程度(轻、中、重)盐碱化草地披碱草对绵羊消化代谢的影响,选用8只体况良好、体重约37.03±2.11 kg的绵羊,用4×4重复拉丁方设计分为4组,将饲料制成TMR颗粒料,对照组日粮由精料补充料和玉米秸秆组成(精粗比50∶50),处理Ⅰ、处理Ⅱ和处理Ⅲ在对照日粮基础上分别以轻度、中度和重度盐碱化草地栽培披碱草替代玉米秸秆。试验绵羊单槽饲喂,每只羊平均日喂1400g。结果表明:处理ⅠOM表观消化率显著低于对照组(P < 0.05),处理ⅡDM、OM、和EE表观消化率显著低于对照组(P < 0.05),处理ⅢDM、OM、EE、NDF和ADF表观消化率显著低于对照组(P < 0.05),处理Ⅲ采食总能、采食氮、可消化氮、沉积氮和氮利用率显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。以上结果说明不同程度盐碱化草地栽培的披碱草均对绵羊消化代谢产生了抑制作用,且重度盐碱草地披碱草的抑制作用最强。

he objective was to evaluate effects of Elymus dahuricus cultivated in light, moderate and serious alkali-saline grassland on nutrient digestion and metabolism in sheep. Eight health sheep(37.03±2.11 kg)were arranged into a 4 × 4 replicated Latin square design and supplemented with TMR. Sheep in control group were fed with TMR consist of concentrate (50%) and corn stover (50%), while sheep in treatment one, two and three were fed TMR consist of concentrate (50%) and Elymus dahuricus (50%) respectively cultivated in light, moderate and serious alkali-saline grassland. Every sheep were fed 1400g TMR separately each day. The results showed that the apparent digestibilities of DM and OM in all treatments were significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.05). The DE of all treatments were significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05). The GE, intake nitrogen, digestible nitrogen and retenion nitrogen of treatment three were significantly lower than those of control group (P<0.05).The results indicated that the nutrient digestion and metabolism was affected negatively in sheep fed with Elymus dahuricus cultivated in different kinds of alkali-saline grassland, and the Elymus dahuricus cultivated in serious alkali-saline grassland had the most negatively effect on the nutrient digestion and metabolism in sheep.
