粮库多点温度巡回检测的PIC单片机控制系统设计

本文介绍了以集成温度传感器AD590和单片微机PIC16c74为核心的多路温度实时监控系统的设计方案,可以定时对粮仓内多点温度和环境温度进行自动巡检或人为选测,定时间隔可调,测温点数扩展方便,并能够将检测仓库编号和检测结果显示,自动比较检测点温度与环境温度,超温报警指示,抗干扰能力强,功耗低,能长时间工作。硬件上,系统充分利用PIC16c74各种内部资源(如:A/D转换,看门狗电路等),使得整个系统的硬件设计相对简化,易于实现。除此之外,系统还采用LED温度显示电路,发光二极管仓库号显示电路,继电器保护电路,报警电路作为主要硬件电路。软件上,通过编程实现对各测试点温度的检测和集中管理,并通过按键实现对仪表的方便操作。另外,从软硬两方面对系统进行抗干扰性设计。
In this article ,a kind of detecting and control system for distributed & itiner temperatures on the basis of the AD590 sensor and the PIC16c74 Microcontroler is introduced.It’s easily to detect the itiner temperatures and the enviroment temperature automatically or selectivly regularly.The time between two detection can be changed convinently.It is adjustable to expand the detection points , display the temperatures,compare check point temperature and environment temperature automatically, and alarm for high temperature.This system has strong anti-interference ability .Because its low power consumption,it can work for a long time .On the hardware, by making good use of the internal resources of the PIC16c74 Microcontroller (for instance: A/D transistor, Watch Dog Circuit ), the hardware design of system become relatively simple and easy to realize. The circuit also include LED and light emitting diode display circuit, relay protection circuit and alarm circuit.On the software,by programming for CPU realized monitoring the temperature on every road and center management. In addition, with 16 butons, can control the system easily. The anti-interference on the hardware and software is designed.
