目的:探讨橡胶玩具中镍、镉、铅离子在模拟人工唾液作用下的溶出情况。方法:橡胶玩具用模拟人工唾液浸渍,浸渍液用原子吸收分光光度仪测定金属离子含量。结果:橡胶玩具的浸渍液中检测出镍、镉、铅离子,其中镍和铅离子的溶出量较高,镉离子的溶出率较低;与人工汗液相比,橡胶玩具中的金属离子在人工唾液中的溶出量较高,其中铅离子的溶出量明显高于人工汗液。结论:橡胶玩具中存在的金属离子在儿童玩耍过程中可经唾液作用溶出,并且溶出量高于人工汗液,因此应关注儿童经口接触含有有害重金属的玩具的危害性。

Objective: To study the migration of three ions including nickel ions, cadmium ions and lead ions in toys through simulated saliva. Methods: Samples were soaked in some simulated saliva and the target compounds were extracted by saliva and were detected by atomic absorption spectrophotometer. Results: All the three ions were found in simulated solution and the dissolution ranged from sub-microgram to several micrograms. Compared to the artificial sweat, the dissolution of simulated saliva was a bit higher. The dissolution of nickel ions and lead ions was higher than that of cadmium ions. Conclusion: Ions detected in toys could be frequently migrated through simulated saliva and cause harm to the children's health. Emphasis should be put on the danger of the mental ions in children toys through the interaction of saliva.
