基于Co9S8/Ni碗状分级微纳阵列的无酶葡萄糖传感器
Enzyme Free Glucose Biosensor based on Co9S8/Ni Bowl-like Layered Micro/nano Array
无酶电化学传感器因其灵敏度高、稳定性强等一系列优点受到广泛关注,将无酶电化学传感器应用于葡萄糖浓度的检测对于生物医药、临床诊断等方面具有重要的价值。本研究以单分散聚苯乙烯球为模板,采用两步电沉积法成功制备了Co9S8/Ni碗状分级微纳阵列电极用于无酶葡萄糖传感器。利用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪和X射线光谱仪对材料进行了结构、形貌和成分表征,并测试了电极对葡萄糖的电催化性能。结果表明Co9S8/Ni碗状分级微纳阵列在线性范围0.5~4 mM内的灵敏度是987.8μA mM-1 cm-2,最低检测极限为0.4 μM,且具有良好的稳定性,抗干扰性和重现性。Co9S8/Ni碗状分级微纳阵列在无酶型葡萄糖电化学传感器方面具有潜在应用价值。
Enzyme-free electrochemical sensors have attracted wide attention due to a series of advantages such as high sensitivity and strong stability. The application of enzyme-free electrochemical sensors in the detection of glucose concentration is of great value for biomedicine and clinical diagnosis. In this study, Co9S8/Ni bowl-like layered array electrode was successfully prepared by two-step electrodeposition using monodisperse polystyrene spheres as template for enzyme-free glucose sensor. The structure, morphology and composition of the materials were characterized by scanning electron microscope, X-ray diffraction and X-ray spectrometer. The electrocatalytic performance of Co9S8/Ni bowl-like layered micro/nanoarray electrode for glucose was tested. The results show that the sensitivity of the electrode is 987.8 μA mM-1 cm-2 in the linear range of 0.5~4 mM, the minimum detection limit is 0.4 μM. It has good stability, anti-interference and reproducibility. Co9S8/Ni bowl-like layered array has potential application for enzyme free glucose sensors.
