无源无线声表面波谐振器被广泛应用于压力、温度、扭矩等传感器中,通常通过测量声表面波传感回波信号的频率来检测传感参数,因此,回波信号频率估计的准确度直接影响传感器性能指标。由于回波信号呈指数衰减趋势,持续时间一般在10μs左右,常规的频域分析方法受限于采样频率和数据点数,频率估计分辨率受到很大限制。本文采用信号时域拟合结合遗传算法估计SAW回波信号频率,针对常规遗传算法需要对信号幅度、相位、频率、包络等多个参数同时估计导致估计速度慢、实时性差的问题,提出利用Hilbert变换去除信号包络并估计其幅值,利用分段FFT法分析信号初相,在此基础上优化遗传算法,实现单参数下的SAW回波信号频率估计。经研制的DSP频率检测系统实测表明,对持续10μs的SAW回波信号进行频率估计,其采样点数仅为80点,频率估计误差3KHz以内,频率估计时间小于1s,效率明显高于常规遗传算法。

Wireless passive surface acoustic wave resonator is widely used in temperature, pressure, torque sensor. The sensor parameters are usually detected by measuring the surface acoustic wave sensing echo signal frequency, therefore, the accuracy of echo signal frequency estimation directly affects the performance of the sensor.Since the echo signal is exponentially decaying, the duration is generally about 10 us. The conventional frequency-domain analysis method is limited by the sampling frequency and the number of data points, and the resolution of frequency estimation is greatly limited.This paper combined time domain fitting with genetic algorithm to estimate SAW echo signal frequency.For the problem that the conventional genetic algorithm needs to estimate the amplitude, phase, frequency and envelope of the signal at the same time leads to the slow speed of the estimation and the poor real time, the Hilbert transform is used to remove the signal envelope and estimate its amplitude and the segmented FFT method is used to analyze the initial phase of the signal. Based on that, the genetic algorithm is optimized to achieve the SAW echo signal frequency estimation under a single parameter.The measurement of frequency detection system based DSP shows that the frequency estimation error is less than 3KHz, the frequency estimation time is less than 1s, and the efficiency is obviously higher than that of the conventional genetic algorithm under the condition of sampling points is only 80 points.
