自然吸气发动机多温度点重复起动特性分析及其优化

为分析和优化某1.5L自然吸气发动机多温度点的重复起动特性,利用搭载该发动机的车辆,基于ECU基础数据进行20℃~80℃多温度点重复起动测试,通过测试结果统计并分析重复起动特征数据,最后根据分析问题对重复起动标定进行优化。结果表明:ECU基础数据在水温40℃~60℃区域重复起动转速上冲值低、起动时间长、转速下跌次数多;将20℃~80℃首次起动的点火角提前3 CA,并将40℃~60℃首次起动的喷油量增加5%,重复起动的喷油修正由减少25%改为减少15%后,整个温度范围的重复起动质量有一定幅度提升,40℃~60℃范围重复起动特性差的情况得以改善。
In order to analyze and optimize the multi temperature points repeated start characteristics of a 1.5L naturally aspirated engine, the vehicle equipped with the engine was tested at 20 ℃~80 ℃ based on the ECU basic data. According to the test results, the repeated start characteristic data was counted and analyzed. Finally, the repetitive start calibration was optimized according to the analysis problems. The results show that the basic data of ECU has low overshoot value, long start time and many times of speed drop in the region of water temperature 40 ℃~60 ℃. When the ignition angle of the first start at 20 ℃~80 ℃ is advanced by 3 CA, the injection quantity of the first start at 40 ℃~60 ℃ is increased by 5%, and the injection correction of repeated start is reduced from 25% to 15%, the repeated start quality of the whole temperature range has a certain improvement, the poor repeated start performance in the range of 40 ℃~60 ℃ is improved.
