作为一种新型传感器,光纤光栅传感器是具有抗电磁干扰、绝缘性能好、耐腐蚀、测量范围广等优点,是目前最有前途和潜力的传感器之一;研制高精度,低成本的光纤光栅传感器波长解调系统是光纤光栅传感研究的关键性技术。目前国内多家研究单位都对光纤光栅传感器的解调技术进行了研究,但对于一般的温度解调系统普遍成本较高,且不便于携带。本文主要研究以STM-32单片机作为核心处理器的传感解调系统,系统通过改进的匹配光路有效地减少了半导体激光光源功率不稳定产生的影响。数据的采集、处理与驱动液晶显示由STM-32单片机完成。

s a new type of sensor, fiber Bragg grating sensor is with anti-electromagnetic interference, good insulation properties, corrosion resistance, surveying a wide range of advantages and become the most promising and potential of one of the sensors; Development of high-precision, low-cost fiber grating sensor wavelength demodulation of fiber grating sensor system is a key technology research. At present, several research units of fiber grating sensor demodulation technology research, but for the average temperature of demodulation system generally high cost of not easy to carry. This paper studies to fiber-coupled semiconductor laser as a light source, STM-32-core processors as a single-chip sensor demodulation system, through improved matching of optical path effectively reduces power diode laser light source of instability impact.Data collection, processing and liquid crystal display driver completed by STM-32single-chip, using liquid crystal display FYD12864 temperature.
