Pt/PPy/MWNTs复合材料的制备及其对甲醇氧化电催化性能的研究
Preparation of Pt/PPy/MWNTs Composite and Study its Electro-catalytic Properties for Methanol oxidation
本文采用原位化学法合成聚吡咯/多壁碳纳米管(PPy/MWNTs)复合材料,并以其作为Pt催化剂载体,采用化学还原法,通过改变不同载铂反应的介质,对比制备出Pt微粒分散效果与载铂量最佳的Pt/PPy/MWNTs纳米复合材料。SEM和TEM结果显示,PPy层均匀包覆在MWNTs表面,厚度约为5nm,为Pt粒子分散提供高的比表面。以含草酸钾的醋酸缓冲溶液为载铂介质时,Pt粒子分散均匀,无团聚,密布在其表面,粒子尺寸为5nm,沉积效果最好。循环伏安测试表明,此复合材料对甲醇的电催化氧化性能稳定,与单纯Pt/MWNTs催化剂相比,抗CO中毒能力明显提高。
In this paper, we prepared PPy/MWNTs composie by in-situ polymerization, which was applied as carriers for Pt catalyst. The Pt/PPy/MWNTs composite was prepared by chemical reduction method in different platinized media. SEM and TEM results show that PPys even cover on MWNTs of a thickness of 5nm. It will provide a high specific surface for Pt catalyst. The Pt particles disperse even and densely on composite carrier without aggregating and Their grain size is about 5nm when using acetate buffer solution containing potassium oxalate as reaction medium. Cyclic voltammetry results indicate that the electrocatalytic properties of Pt/PPy/MWNTs for methanol oxidation is stable, and its CO anti-properties is better than pure Pt/MWNTs.
