自发性社区商业的价值刍议

Based on the "informality", this paper describes the connotation of Spontaneous Community Commerce. This study does a case-study of Shanghai, examines the current situation of Spontaneous Community Commerce. With a wide range of viewpoints, it analyzes the existing value of Spontaneous Community Commerce in current city and explains the significances from living support, allocation of resources, facilitate employment, space utilization, urban characteristics, etc. By comparing the space production pattern of Spontaneous Community Commerce, the last paragraph reflects the residential areas planning pattern.
