基于决策树的民航气象报文分类统计规则的研究与应用

Since the Civil Aviation Meteorological Database System was put into operation in 2004, there is no accurate statistics about the input and output data. The overall control of civil aviation meteorological data quantity, on the one hand, is advantageous for the scientific and reasonable evaluation to exactly reflect the workload of the airport meteorological offices; on the other hand, it will help to dig the potential problems in the airport meteorological stations. This paper analyzed the characteristic of the civil aviation meteorological database and civil aviation meteorological reports based on the decision tree concept, combined with the daily work experience, summerized a suit of classifical and statistical rules about the civil aviation meteorological reports. As verified, the amount of the civil aviation meteorological reports could be evaluated scientifically with this suit of statistical rules, and the statistics supplied to the civil aviation air traffic control departments could be a reasonable basis for the assessment of the workload of the Aviation Meteorological Stations.
