he ANN-based optimization for considering fatigue reliability requirements in structural optimal design is proposed in this paper. The fatigue life and cumulative fatigue damage are obtained according to Miner cumulative damage rule. The ANN-based response surface method is employed for performing fatigue reliability analysis of the structure. The fatigue reliability requirements are considered as constraints and the structure weight as the objective function, the ANN modeling is adopted to establish the relationship between the fatigue reliability and geometry dimension of the structure, the optimal results of the structure with a minimum of weight is reached.
