The Resource-driver model, resources are driving force, integrates all kinds of states in the city, and dynamically reflects the condition and the capability of development in the future after transition. Considering the regional development of city itself, the influence of regional radiation was added to the index system, which can comprehensively and scientifically evaluate the effects of the resourced-based cities transition.
