污水处理PPP项目投资结构研究

his article first analyses the related literature of sewage disposal PPP project, thought there are many factors influence the Public Private Partnership investment proportion,such as total investment, franchising, operation period of processing, processing unit price, operation maintenance, return on investment and income distribution coefficient. Then based on Monte Carlo method simulation technique building the investment structure optimization model, and introduce a simplified demo, demonstrates operation process .The empirical results show that this model can construct the relationship between investment structure , processing unit price, and concession period ,determine the best value of all the elements and provide a feasible method for the public-private investment structure of negotiations .
