我国铝土矿资源丰富,但其中高铝、高硅、低铝硅比的一水硬铝石型矿石占到全国总储量的98%以上。目前,要使我国氧化铝工业从高能耗的烧结法和联合法来生产氧化铝转变为拜耳法,关键在于通过浮选脱硅提高铝土矿铝硅比。铝土矿的反浮选脱硅优势较正浮选大,从铝硅酸盐矿物的荷电性质及晶体结构可知,捕收它们的有效捕收剂宜用阳离子捕收剂,故胺类化合物成为首选。本文主要介绍了几种胺类阳离子捕收剂在铝土矿反浮选中的应用,以及它们的合成原理与现状研究。

hina’s bauxite resources is abundant,But 98% is diaspore, which is high aluminum, high silicon, and low-Al-Si ratio. At present, the key of change China’s alumina industry from the high energy consumption and the combined method to the Bayer method is to improve the Al-Si ratio by flotation desilication. Compared with flotation, reverse flotation has more advantages, study from the charge properties and crystal structure of aluminum silicate minerals, we known that cationic collector is effective, therefore, amines as the preferred. This paper mainly describes the application of several amine cationic collector in reverse flotation, also described the synthesis principle and the review of the study on them.
