IABSTRACT]Objective:To analysis the effective mechanisms of recurrent abortion mice decidual protein group with Shoutaiwan.Method:The preparation of recurrent abortion models, The application of proteomics technology to analysis protein differential expression of recurrent abortion in mice decidua with Shoutaiwan.Result:30 differential expression protein spots which maybe related to recurrent abortion and Shoutaiwan intervention were found. and identified.Conclusion: It indicated that recurrent abortion is a complicated process refer to diverse proteins participate, the comparison proteome analysis of mice decidual tissue was a reliable method to sieve related proteins pots for recurrent abortion pathological changes. Shoutaiwan may regulate the expression of various proteins of recurrent abortion decidual tissue of mice.
