多谱勒天气雷达系统建模与仿真
Modeling and Simulation of Doppler Weather Radar System
为满足高校对新一代多谱勒天气雷达系统教学需求,加深学生对雷达系统的认识,本文着眼于多谱勒天气雷达整个系统,侧重于雷达接收机的仿真建模。以WSR98D/XD型多谱勒天气雷达为参考,采用白噪声及瑞利噪声来模拟大气环境信道的噪声及接收到的杂波;运用零阶保持器把模拟回波信号转换为数字信号,利用积分梳状滤波器设计了数字中频;运用FIR滤波距离积分器提高接收信号的信噪比,运用脉冲对处理器方法(PPP)提取多谱勒信息,最后得到回波功率及多谱勒平均速度PPI显示产品。
his paper focuses on the whole system of Doppler Weather radar, designs radar receiver simulation modeling in detail, being committed to New Generation Doppler Weather Radar teaching activities and deepen the students understanding of radar systems . With reference to WSR98D/XD, received clutter and noise are simulated by white noise and Rayleigh noise in atmospheric environment. Echo signal is converted to digital signal by using Zero-order holder; digital frequency Radar Receiver is designed by using Cascaded Integrator-Comb (CIC) filters; FIR filter is used to improve the Signal –Noise ratio (SNR); Doppler information is extracted by Pulse-Pair Processing algorithms. Finally, PPI products of echo signal Power and Doppler average velocity are displayed.
